Our company, leader in the industry of market research is currently hiring bilingual Interviewers for its call center located right in downtown Montreal.
As a market research interviewer, you will be responsible for conducting telephone surveys with people across Canada about political and social issues as well as consumer products.
There is no selling involved.
Candidates should be available for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
Main responsibilities
Conducting telephone interviews following the survey scripts verbatim
Ensuring respondents meet eligibility requirements
Recording answers into a computer database
Requirements
Bilingualism French and English in reading, writing and speaking
Excellent phone manner and approachable telephone personality
Strong communication and people skills
Results oriented

Dynamism and enthusiasm
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
