Product Care Association is recruiting for a full-time Warehouse / Shipping Co-ordinator Position. Based in the False Creek/Mount Pleasant area of Vancouver, we are a non-profit industry organization that develops and manages product stewardship programs in British Columbia and across North America. Our team is a dedicated group of individuals, committed to eco-friendly and sustainable recycling options. We are proud to manage take-back and recycling programs for products like fluorescent lights, electronics, paint, pesticides, smoke alarms, and small appliances.

The successful candidate should be an enthusiastic and committed individual able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where multi-tasking is a must.

The Warehouse / Shipping Co-ordinator Position consists of:

Packing boxes & supplies for shipping out
Assembling and arranging shipping of collection site supplies
Preparing bills of lading and shipping labels
Co-ordinating and tracking shipments
Administrative tasks as necessary, including but not limited to data entry
Office/facility maintenance duties as required

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

Fluent in English
Physically fit and able to lift heavy boxes
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Experience with MS Access an asset
Strong work ethic
Fast learner and reliable
Good communication and interpersonal skills
