Edge Hill County School is an independent school offering education inspired by the Waldorf Curriculum from kindergarten through the elementary grades. Edge Hill is situated outside the town of Durham, Ontario on the edge of farmland in an original Ontario school house with two other buildings on a natural playground. We are within half an hour of the natural splendour of the Bruce Peninsula on Lake Huron and about two hours north of Toronto, Canada’s largest city.
We are now accepting applications for class teacher for the 2015-2016 school year. This is a permanent, full-time teaching position pending satisfactory probation period and includes tuition remission. Waldorf Teacher Training and experience is preferred. Bachelor’s Degree and/or Ontario Teacher Certification eligibility is an asset.
