The position is for technical sales, in the low voltage wholesale distribution industry.
The candidate will interact with dealers and installers on both a technical and sales level, involving products from the datacom, telecom, cctv, access control and audio video industries. Should be network savvy, and have the aptitude to learn the features and functionality of an array of IP based devices. Must be able to effectively troubleshoot and solve issues, the onsite installers are encountering within a timely fashion and with tolerance to ambiguity. They require excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
This position also includes regular day to day tasks, such as shipping and receiving, business administrtion, stocking, cleaning, etc. We are looking for someone with a well rounded skill set, with the ability to multi-task. This individual must be able to function in both a team environment, as well with self sufficiency. The candidate should be ambitious and ready to take on greater responsibilities in a progressive and dynamic environment.
