Specific Skills:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers, Assign sales workers to duties, Sell merchandise, Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, Maintain specified inventory, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

Additional Skills:
Prepare work schedules, Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Order merchandise
