We are recruiting for a part-time (12hrs/wk, Saturday’s and Sunday’s)experienced Sales Specialists to represent the market leader within the Major Appliance industry. The ideal candidate must be energetic, professional, and love working in a competitive retail sales environment! You will be representing market leading brands in a major Canadian retailer.

Program Details
Interacting with consumers at the retail level; providing detailed product information, assisting with consumer buying needs & purchase flow, communicating brand key messages and providing a lasting brand experience
Executing within the appliance department of a major home improvement retailer
Working within a competitive sales environment with specified brand sales targets
Building lasting professional relationships with store personnel
Engaging in ongoing product knowledge and training

What We Expect
A passion for major appliances
An interest in retail sales, with proven sales and customer service experience
A strong drive to exceed goals and targets
The ability to deliver client’s brand messaging as per approved guidelines
Reliability and a willingness to commit to a long-term part time weekend position

Requirements
An ability to engage with a variety of consumer and quickly establish rapport
A warm & engaging personality, with the ability to make the sales space a welcoming environment
The ability to build positive and professional relationships with in-store personnel
Attention to detail & the ability to multi-task
Full access to a reliable vehicle is a strong asset (not all locations are transit accessible)
Retail experience is an asset, specifically within the sales and merchandising space
