Cellcom Communications is currently looking for candidates to fill the position of Sales Manager for our stores in the Ottawa region. This position direct to the General Sales Manager.
DUTIES
Play a key role in the general operations, customer service, employee relations, profitability, success and operational effectiveness of our Ottawa stores
Act as role-model, personify the Bell vision and pass on company values in the daily store activities.
Analyze customer needs, meet or exceed objectives, manage inventory efficiently and maximize revenues.
Manage the training and development of the sales team and supervise all store employees.
Motivate employees, ensure professional satisfaction of the team and encourage harmony and team spirit.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in telecommunications sales and managing a telecommunications or high-tech store
1 year experience in managing a team
Sales leadership, high value for honesty, integrity and impeccable work ethics
Bilingual (English and French)
Good knowledge of IT
