We have 73 OCT teachers teaching in Bond Schools in China for this academic year. Bond also supports experienced teachers to be Principals at our Ontario schools in China.

Benefit package of teaching in Bond schools in China is as following:
Annual NET salary: Starting from 195,000 RMB (Chinese currency), tax free , 3% increase for each year’s experience after B.ED, up to 10 years. ( NET pay starting from around CAD 40,000—55,300, according to current exchange rate)

Because the living cost is pretty low in China (except for the accommodations, which are covered by the school), our teachers can save an average rate of 50%-70% of their salary, but it depends on your life style for sure.

Job Requirements:
Candidates must be members/eligible for the membership with the Ontario College of Teachers.Candidates must be a native speaker of English or have native-speaker English Competence.
