Job Duties:
Maintain excellence in store merchandising, detail and customer service.
Assign sales staff duties, distribute staff schedules and organize staff meetings.
Sell merchandise to customers and process card payments, authorize payments by chq and process returns of merchandise.
Ensure all items are marked with price tag and that pricing is correct.
Handle escalated customer service issues and offer solutions, ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Deal with the delivery of items, check received items with invoices.
Organize items on floor, re-organize layout if needed.
Hire/Train new sales staff and help in achieving sales targets.
Help customers to choose from variety of furniture and accessories to fit best their needs.

Skills and Qualifications required:
Completion of secondary school
Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in retail sales is must?
Must have strong selling and leadership skills/abilities
Must have strong communication skills.
