2 Birds Furniture Inc. is a provider of a complete range of reclaimed wood sales, design, and installation services. Including raw material procurement, reclaimed lumber/dimensional sales, custom wall and accent installation, furniture design and creation, and a wide range of sliding barn doors and fabricated hardware.

We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic and determined Sales Representative for our Okotoks Sales Office, Okotoks, Alberta who can professionally represent our products and services to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining and expanding new and existing sales/procurement accounts.
Service accounts by direct and indirect contact with customers, preparing quotations, and follow up on pending quotes.
Liaison with operations to determine how to best meet customer needs.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending sales meetings to provide and obtain updates on industry developments, market trends and customer needs.
Co-ordinate customer orders by confirming pricing, deliveries, pick-ups and any other information.
Resolve customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations.
Preparation of sales reports.
Contract negotiations for procurement accounts

Qualifications:
Proven experience in procuring new business, repeat business and managing a sales territory
Excellent relationship building skills
Sales Experience
Superior customer service skills and excellent telephone manner–Closing skills
Ability to self-start and work independently
Valid driver’s license/vehicle
Proficiency with personal computer, and MS Office preferred
