Inside Sales Representative – TSR Canada – Toronto, ON

TSR Canada is in a growth stage, and requires additional salespeople to help in the sales department and expand our clientele.

Schedule: Full-time, permanent.
Number of Hours: 30-40

Main Functions:

You will be communicating with existing customers, following up with past clients, and reaching out to new leads mainly through phone calls and e-mails. The main goal will be to generate sales. Other responsibilities include booking and scheduling appointments, maintaining a customer database, developing sales proposals and relevant materials as necessary, and organizing data.

Requirements:

Languages: English – Excellent

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, good keyboarding and computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office, customer-focused values, able to work independently and as a team, able to foster positive relationships, motivated, responsible, organized.

Education: None – having education is an asset, but excellent communication skills are essential.

Work Experience: None – having experience is an asset, but this is an excellent opportunity for workers to gain experience and develop skills and to grow within and growing firm.
