Our Shaw Brick division is currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Dartmouth, Nova Scotia Masonry team.

As an integral part of our sales team the successful candidate will:

Proactively manage a base of up to 500 accounts in an assigned territory
Build customer relationships
Identify needs and qualify leads
Promote our landscape products
Maintain accurate client and project information
Represent the Shaw Group in a professional and respectful manner
Work hand in hand with Account Managers, Customer Service Representatives, Retail Center Staff and Transportation teams to ensure we deliver the best in class customer solution that Shaw Brick is known for

The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales with a focus on lead generation both in person and via telephone
Proven relationship builder with a keen knowledge of landscaping and related products
Customer service focus, complemented by excellent communication skills and superior time management skills
Creative problem solver
Extremely proficient in computer software.
Interest in a related field of study would be an asset in this role
