Position Concept:
The Inside Sales Executive manages a specific Major Account or Geographic Territory within North America . This position has accountability to acquire, retain and grow business with new accounts as well as maintaining existing Xerox accounts to generate incremental business.
Responsibilities Include:
Accountable for driving revenue
Effectively manage internal and external customer relationships
Initiate sales calls to new and existing customers
Understand customer requirements and develop a solution that meets their needs
Communicate the features, advantages and value of Xerox equipment
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Achieve daily/monthly key performance indicators
Work collaboratively and cross functionally to support the sales process
Conduct current state studies of clients needs; business proposal writing skills and presentation to senior management
