Our client is a leading force in the heating, ventilating and air-conditioning industry. They have been involved in the construction of some of the largest industrial and commercial buildings in North America, providing quality installations for all clients.

We are looking for an individual that knows what he’s talking about and has been in the industry for a minimum of 1 year with experience in HVAC Service, Preventative Maintenance and Comprehensive Maintenance sales.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Sales with minimal supervision.
Qualify and assess potential customers.
Seeks out, targets and initiates contact with multiple prospective customers.
Manage multiple opportunities, focusing on selling services: Preventative.
Maintenance, 5 year renewals, Construction Contracts.
Build relationships with the decision maker to drive the sales of HVAC services.
Demonstrates technical expertise and maintains a high level of credibility.
Utilize sales tools effectively
Create quotes
