A new role in a fast-paced real estate environment. The inside sales coordinator (ISA) will follow-up with our leads and potential customers, book appointment and follow the Martels’ procedures.
To convert “hot leads” generated through our marketing efforts to a face-to-face Presentation with the prospect by following up with regular calls which you will schedule through the contact management system
Must be a people-person, well organized and have an energetic and enthusiastic voice on the phone. Must have experience in sales.
Our work hours are from 9am-7:00 pm weekdays and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday. May be on-call on weeknights and weekends.

Administrative, lead and some marketing Duties:
Make sure to schedule appointments properly in Contact Management System to appropriate agents at correct time.
Abide by the Martels office procedures
Work from one of the available workstation only in the office. The front office is for the MRE staff only and the conference room for accommodate clients’ meeting and meetings only
Dress for success. It is required to have a business appearance at our office (jeans, shorts, sleeveless tops, miniskirts and tennis shoes are not career apparel)
Enter all leads into the contact management system (if not already done) and document each and every conversation with full notes on the contact database (remembering to schedule a call-back time.) To complete the file with missing information such as source of lead, all phone numbers of his/hers to reach the lead etc.. To provide buyer forms at the earliest, to complete the database, launch the necessary plans & organize files.
Provide such all information missing in a reasonable delay for the office coordinator to complete the file and to process any dead leads & to delete immediately, along with an explanation for such action. Note to management must be made.
Provide all selling or buying criteria to be entered on our MLX auto notification by our office coordinator
Use the contact management at all times including the scheduler to complete daily tasks and any appointment as necessary to avoid double appointment booking. The said scheduler is to be kept updated daily otherwise no more leads will be assigned to the ISA
Provide us all email communication to be associated into their file, to CC all communication to our archive email address and to associate (copy/paste) all of those emails in prospect’s notes in order to be associated into their file and database
Suggest the Martels partners to our clients needing assistance and to use the Martels database referral agents for out of town transactions with the approval of MARTELS REAL ESTATE INC.
Ensure all buyer prospects receive their Buyer Profile (house hunting) information and all necessary kits
Attend all team meetings from start to finish as requested
Attend all Coaching Group Meetings and phone meetings
Launch follow up plans for Buyer/Seller leads via the database management system
Launch Market Watch monthly newsletter for leads entered on database management system that are believed to be from one (1) to twelve (12) months from purchasing and/or selling a property
Ensure notes are on system, to reply promptly to their email or phone inquiry. If no follow up are done by the ISA and or a complaint is placed by a lead, Martels reserve the right to revoke that lead and assign them to another team member for prompt service
Learn by heart and practice the provided script as well all the objections.
Position Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be an individual that enjoys Real Estate and has some experience in a fast-paced office environment.
Required:
1-2 years’ work experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of the Ottawa Real Estate, or general interest in this industry and quick to learn.
Salary and commission base position. Must be motivated to work hard and get results.
Own a personal lap top computer.
Demonstrated ability to write in French and English quickly, professionally and with minimal errors.
Customer service oriented; proven ability to effectively respond to various types of people, must have good enthusiastic and positive personality.
Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills; attention to detail.
Capable of exercising independent judgment and flexibility.
Excellent computer skills, ability to learn in-house programs.
Communicate openly and have a strong desire to learn and innovate.
