Service Advisor – Lexus of Saint John

Report to the Dealership’s Service Manager
Maintain the highest standards in Customer Services and Recommended Service Sales.
Receive or schedule our customers for their vehicle service and repairs in a polite and professional manner.
Listen to our customers needs and ensure they are met in an agreeable and profitable fashion.
Present and offer all manufacturers recommended services and required repairs to our customers vehicle.
Maintain contact with our customers and provide updates while their vehicle is being processed in our facilities.
Handle conflicts and discrepancies with tact and compassion, address them with the Service Manager when an agreement cannot be reached.
Prepare, document and close repair orders to the proper accounts and collect payments as required.

Required Skills

Must have knowledge of vehicle components and their functions
Must be capable of handling cash accurately and use other means of payments.
Must be able to count, add and subtract accurately
Must have the mobility and the ability to lift parts of up 50 lbs.
The candidate must have completed Grade 12 or a GED equivalent.
Salary will be based on experience and performance.
