Main functions :

Handling customer orders across multiple online sales platforms;
Finding the requested products;
Customer invoicing management;
Interaction with customers by email, phone or CHAT;
Customer development by phone (cold-call);

Profile :

Education: Validated high school diploma
Years of Experience: 3 years
Years of experience related to employment: 1 year

Skills required :

Windows environment, Internet, Office 365
Knowledge of Sage 50 software would be an asset;
Knowledge of Acomba software would be an asset;
Good interpersonal skills, invested, meticulous and able to work under pressure;
Good sense of team collaboration, results-oriented and challenge-driven.

Spoken, written language:  bilingual, oral and written (EN / FR);
