Now, Vicostone is very happy and eager to officially open its own subsidiary – Vicostone Canada based in Toronto to directly distribute our great products to the Eastern Canada. Job summary

Sale Representative is responsible to develop the customer base among the fabricator, kitchen & bath, architects & designer community, ensure the products samples and literature are updated in architect library and K&B showrooms, forecast projects/retails sales though architects/design leads and ensure customer enquiries demands are met or exceeded

Summary of essential job functions

Develop customer base in Fabricators, K&B,  Architect/Designers community
Ensure products catalogues/samples are placed and fully updated in designers’ library and  Kitchen & Bath showrooms
Develop and forecast sales through specification in designers projects, both commercial and residential
Ensure customers inquiries on products are met and exceeded
Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishe new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to visit and introduce Vicostone to potential trade partners: fabricators, builders, K&B…
Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the need of the markets
Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
Meet sale target in designated areas/territories
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, product portfolio, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc in Greater Toronto Area
Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
Update/Feedback fields’ information on Stone Profit System

Minimum requirements

College +
03+ year sale experience on stone related industry
Good connection with architects and designers network in Canada, especially in Toronto
Preferable, used to work for a stone or engineered stone distributor
Willing to travel and have some experience in fabrication

Other requirements

Valid driving license
Computer proficiency
Can handle stone samples/box with weight of approximately 30-40 lbs.
