Sales Representative

LightYear Media is looking for an Inside Sales Representative that is: Confident, self-motivated, and is enthusiastic with a desire for success. Applicant must have a “hunter” mentality with an energetic, clear phone voice and competitive attitude.
Job Duties:
Perform constant cold calling to get potential clients
Apply market research to align with client advertising campaigns
Understanding the product’s features and benefits to engage potential clients by phone using personalized pitches
Getting through gatekeepers to speak to C-level executives
Daily lead generation through research (training provided)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Past sales/customer service experience
Motivated by achieving/exceeding goals
Naturally persuasive
Highly articulate telephone skills
Hunger to prospect new clients
Willing to do what it takes to be successful with the ability to overcome objections to achieve sales targets
