Purpose
Reporting to the Regional Director, the Operations Advisor’s primary focus is to maintain quality assurance among our franchisees and clients, that ensures an acceptable account retention rate for the region. Based in Moncton or Saint John, their activity will include conducting QA inspections, account start up training, facilitate new franchise training and ongoing support such as hands on training for franchisees. They will enforce to the best of their abilities the procedural guidelines set out for our franchisees. The Jani-King NB/PEI office, located in Rothesay, NB, is adding a position of Operations Advisor to our small group of highly motivated, action-oriented and supportive individuals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Establishes relationships with current customers and our franchisees
Commitment to professional development
Customer inspections and log information
Create and implement an action plan with franchisees for any issues in customer visits.
Work with Customer Service to ensure consistent communication with our clients
Coordinate with Customer Service Department to manage and resolve customer complaint calls.
New customer “walk through” and initial startups.
Facilitate initial training process of franchisees.
Offer ongoing hands on training and support to franchisees
Facilitate weekly Operations Department meetings
Assist customers with new opportunities for cleaning services
Other duties as directed by the Regional Director
Primary Interactions
Regular meeting with Regional Director.
Constant contact with clients and franchisees in person as well as via phone and email.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field is an asset
Minimum of three (3) years experience in a fast-paced operational/management role
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage for results
Excellent time management skills
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, presentation and problem-solving skills required
