Inside Sales Representative – Celtx – St. John’s

We need an Inside Sales Representative to take advantage of our burgeoning popularity. As a seasoned sales expert, you will be spearheading an effort to reach out to a large, diverse, and vibrant international user base from across all sectors of industry and help make our product their obvious choice – build rapport, illuminate our capabilities, coordinate healthy client relations, and close the deal. Additionally, we will outfit you with access to an arsenal of the latest in cutting edge sales and marketing technologies and teach you how to use them.

You:

Have a minimum of 2 years inside sales or relevant sales experience (i.e. outside sales, accounts, lead generation)
Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Have an enthusiastic attitude and passion for going outside your comfort zone.
Are technologically literate.
Are an adaptable, quick learner.
Are ethical, honest, and team oriented.

Your responsibilities will include:

Prospecting online to identify and nurture new opportunities.
Developing targeted online advertising, email promotions, and attending trade shows and events.
Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Participating in ad-hoc sales campaigns to help generate new prospects.
Utilizing CRM and BI tools to ensure operational efficiency.
Maintaining knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities.

Bonus Points:

A working knowledge of the film, television, and media production industries – you know the workflow, the lingo, and the style.
Previous experience marketing or selling SaaS products.
Fluency with Salesforce, Kissmetrics, or other CRM / Analytics software.
Your finger is on the pulse, tech-wise. You can talk shop with the best of them.
