Human Resources Associate – Marberg Staffing – Toronto, ON

Human Resources Associate/HRIS System implementation coordinator is required for large broader public sector employer.

You will be assisting with the successful deployment of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS); testing the configured system; validating it against desired outcomes; and developing and delivering training plans and materials.

Assigned components within the HR function and scope of the HRIS deliverables include compensation; recruitment; training/development; succession planning and labour relations.

Candidates must have experience of applying HR concepts, practices and procedures and understanding how technology can enable business processes.

Must be able to learn technology quickly and have strong oral and written communication skills.

Candidates must also have strong presentation skills in order to deliver training and have a high proficiency in MS Office.
