The “What?”
You will be taking inbound calls in order to assist customers with their online purchases and any other questions they may have regarding the products being sold. Having a sales-oriented mind is a major asset when talking to customers over the phone with the company offering multiple lighting solutions as well as a wide range of office and home accessories. You will also be working closely with third-party vendors such as Amazon in order to properly track orders and get them delivered to their rightful destination.
The “Who?”
You will need to be very comfortable talking over the phone, with call center or customer service experience as a necessity. Your English, written and spoken, must be flawless. Working knowledge of French is an asset. If you love taking initiative, being completely autonomous and can easily work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, then this job will satisfy your every need.
The “Where?”
You will be working out of the beautiful and spacious office in Montreal’s West Island from 8 am to 5 pm with overtime possibilities.
