Outside Sales Representative – PEI

ZEE Medical is North America’s leading provider of van-based first aid, safety and emergency products and training solutions for over 50 years.  As a Zee Medical Sales Representative you will play an important role in our mission to keep workplaces safer, healthier and more productive.  You will provide excellent customer service, quality products and specialized training.  This includes our comprehensive automated external defibrillator (AED) programs, which proactively prepare for sudden cardiac arrest.

Position Description:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships within your sales territory.
Conduct comprehensive workplace safety evaluations to identify specific requirements in the first aid, fire protection, first responder and personal protective equipment categories.
Understand each customer’s business needs and offer the optimal written proposal promptly.
Professionally acquire contracts with companies of all sizes and in every business sector.
Analyze records of present/past sales, trends/costs, estimated/realized revenue, as well as administrative commitments and obligations.
Promote, distribute and maintain product inventory levels at each site.
Preform mandatory field promotion work and develop new clients through personal cold calling.
Travel out of province, as needed.
Stock Zee Medical van with supplies to distribute to customers, conduct routine inventory of product and maintain company vehicle according to company policy.

Minimum Requirements

3+ years sales experience, outside business to business preferred.
Clean driving record, Abstract required.
Full cycle sales experience from lead generation through to closing of sale.
High customer service standard with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and observational skills.
Passionate, self-motivated and sales driven to meet monthly targets.
Ability to perform tasks in a variety of worksites and physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
Computer literate in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, as well as research web browsing.
Ability to use smartphone GPS navigation applications.
