The incumbent is responsible for ensuring high quality nursing care at River Heights Lodge through planning and coordinating human and physical resources in accordance with the philosophy, objective and policies of the facility and the Health Region. The Nursing Unit Coordinator is responsible for promoting public relations by fostering communication and cooperation between the nursing units, the rest of the facility and the Health Region at large.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA) or Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (RPNAS)
