Lead by a team of Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses, our healthcare team provides support and services based on individual needs. We are looking for a new member of our management team:

Healthcare Manager (RN)

Registered Nurse (active member of NANB) with a passion for seniors
Minimum three years managerial or team-lead experience
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Exceptional customer service skills coupled with strong problem solving skills
Great initiative with the ability to prioritize
Experience in managing people and processes
Administrative skills:
Computer Skills
Scheduling
Supply Management / Billing
Outstanding time management skills
Orientation & training of staff
Strong ethical sense
Experience in senior care is considered an asset

For this position Windsor Court Retirement Residence offers:

Competitive salary based on a 37.5 hour work week
General hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 – 15:00 hours
