Warranty Administrator – Leisure Days RV Centre – Truro

Looking for a successful candidate to be administrator for the parts and service side of our warranty process.  Require leadership qualities to act as team lead to the parts and service department under the Director of Service.  You will respond to warranty inquiries and work with departments to provide optimum and efficient customer service.  Must be organized, hard working and be able to work with minimal supervision.  You will track warranty process and ensure all aspects are completed to allow claim submission and receipt of payment.  Preference given to candidates with three + years of relevant experience, preferably in the service or retail industry.

Job Duties will include:

New Unit check in for transit defects
Working direct with manufacturers – following warranty process
Order / Track service parts required as per workorders issued
Register Warranties for new unit purchasers
Answering calls and scheduling appointments
