Our client, a leading manufacturer, is currently seeking a Sr. Production Supervisor to join their team in Concord, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating work activities for the plant while ensuring goals and objectives are met, providing training, coaching, guidance and motivation to production team, as well as train and evaluate employees. This is a full-time/permanent position.

Qualifications:
Post-secondary education
3-5 years related manufacturing experience within the glass industry
Strong analytical ability and detail orientation
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Experience in quality and process improvements in a manufacturing environment.
Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000
