Our client, a leading Canadian manufacturer, is currently seeking a Shift Supervisor to join their team in Cornwall, ON. The successful candidate, working on a 3-shift rotation, will be responsible for the production and supervision of employees within the company. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications:
Post-Secondary Education
Minimum 3 years Supervisory experience within a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Working knowledge of company policies, work instructions, ISO 9001:2008 standards and quality standards
Ability to work on a 3-shift rotation
Excellent leadership, motivational and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 per year
