Senior Product Development Engineer

The Senior Product Development Engineer will lead Greyline’s engineering product development activities.  He/she will play a key role in new product development efforts and implementing improvements to existing products.  With a proven track record of creativity and a strong focus on engineering product development, the successful candidate will utilize their background in product development to lead engineering efforts including product design, hardware and software product management, supplier interactions, quality control, product verification, and validation activities associated with ultrasonic instrumentation.  The incumbent will lead manufacturing trials, testing, measurements and related documentation from initial trials through production qualification.  This will include conducting engineering evaluation and tests to validate the robustness and proper performance of new products, evaluating product non-conformances and recommending design modifications, researching design options and performing experiments to determine potential design feasibility.

The Senior Product Development Engineer will oversee and be actively involved in the R&D, Engineering and Product Development teams to ensure the company’s products and service remain cutting edge.  He/she will apply their strong business acumen, industry engineering experience and desire to drive accountability across project teams to provide leadership and direction to a group of diversified professional engieers. The successful candidate must capture the essence of the company history and culture and apply industry trends and business savvy to build on the company’s sterling reputation for outstanding product quality and service.
