Territory Sales Manager – Roha USA LLC – Toronto, ON

The Strategic Account Manager will play a critical role in ROHA, a global food color ingredient company, being the pivotal member of the Sales team. This role will be responsible maintaining, developing and driving new business opportunities at Top and Mid-Tier CPG accounts.  Providing sales growth and building relationships within this territory is critical in reaching ROHA’s long term goals. ROHA has an excellent track record of highly successful start up operations around the world along with a proven global support system.

Responsible for planning and execution of national business development strategies for existing and potential clients of ROHA.  Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations, and policies and procedures set forth by the company in addition to all local, state and federal employment laws.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and manage key accounts for Roha in Canada.
Develop and manage distributors in the region.
Coordinate technical support to customers through our technical team based in US
Manage trade shows and other marketing activities in the region
Create business plan for the region and present to the CEO for review and approval
Manage / coordinate administrative duties of the operations like banking, logistics, customer service etc. This person will have limited power of attorney to manage these administrative tasks.
Manage office / administrative staff that may be hired in Canada to support operations like logistics, customer service, marketing etc. Our regional team will provide training and ongoing support to this person as well, but you will be responsible to manage their activities on a daily basis.
Approve, and pay all local expenses. The person will have limited banking authority of company’s bank accounts.

Primary focus of the person will be business development (75%) and then administration of the business (25%).
