What we are looking for:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Station Supervisor who is a Guest Service Ambassador and eager to deliver Wow to our Guests, Customers and Co-workers every chance they get. We are looking for cast members who think “We are happy to” first and are passionately accountable and resourceful at accomplishing tasks in a confident, humble and trustworthy way.

Job Description:
As a cast member, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the station. You must possess robust leadership skills, high personal and professional standards, be a hands-on manager and have a solid knowledge of RV New and Used, Finance and Fixed operations.

Essential duties and responsibilities
Responsible for the day to day leadership and execution drive for the Service, Guest Service, Parts and Cleaning departments
Create a sense of ownership by providing clear expectations, control of resources, responsibilities, and coaching; offering assistance without removing responsibility
Make management decisions in line with CanaDream’s policies, procedures and other relevant guidelines to ensure consistency
Assume responsibility for overall performance, profitability, growth, direction and success of CanaDream
Observe activities of competition: analyze market trends and departmental operations, advising department heads of developments, changes, and problems as warranted
Audit the performance of each department within CanaDream
Motivate department heads to attain maximum productivity by leadership and other appropriate means
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products/services
Determine staffing requirements and participate in the hiring, deploying, disciplining and terminating of employees
Ensure that staff are scheduled according to station needs and budgetary requirements
Enforce training as implemented by head office – actively coach staff to continuously improve their skills and contribution to CanaDream
Distribute companywide communications to applicable staff in a timely manner
Teach and coach staff to “think” how can we make things better for our guests and for CanaDream
Motivate, instill a sense of pride and ensure that all staff perform their role with an attitude of “It’s our pleasure!”

Preferred Experience and Skills:
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience within the automotive/RV industry
Ability to build and maintain positive working relations with others both internally and externally to achieve the goals of the organization
Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolves problems and make decisions that enhance the organization’s effectiveness
Anticipate, understand and respond to the needs of internal and external guests and customers to meet or exceed their expectations within the organization parameters
Must have extensive experience in maintenance and asset management in a fleet environment
Proven success in development and implementation of program improvements for cost-saving measures
Excellent organizational, strategic, planning and implementation skills
Meticulous record maintenance skills
Detailed oriented and the Ability to follow through
