LED Roadway Lighting Limited is seeking a second Shipping Coordinator to assist the operations staff in its Shipping workflow. The selected individual would work out of our Amherst, Nova Scotia location.
Responsibilities:
Prepare shipping tickets daily
Provide commercial invoices for international shipments
Prepare invoice for customer when product is shipped & send to customer
Update Proof of Delivery in Syspro & SharePoint
Prepare shipping tickets for Sony shipments
Prepare invoices for Sony shipments
Keep Insurance Log up to date
Process credits & rebill as needed
Obtain freight quotes for courier shipments
Track shipments & obtain POD as required
Manually adjust or transfer inventoried fixtures for sample, testing, etc
Maintain DFR, RMA & SOP SharePoint databases
Determine routing on most shipments
Maintain parts schedule
Qualifications:
2- 3 years’ experience in a Shipping role, preferably in a technical field.
Strong data entry skills.
Superior attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated problem resolution skills
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment
Proven ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team
Advanced proficiency with MS Office software (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
