Position Service Project Sales Representative
This position reports directly to the Service Business Development Manager, and will be working within the Service Division located at 60 Cutler Avenue, Dartmouth, NS. The position involves working on a full-range of mechanical projects in the HVAC, industrial, commercial, government, and institutional markets. The successful candidate will be involved in providing valuable support in a dynamic environment. This support will include design, estimation, proposal development, energy calculation, project administration and management for maintenance and retrofit projects as well as development and support of customer and supplier relationships.

Job Description
Prepare estimates of materials, labour and equipment for HVAC projects based on contract bids, quotations, schematic drawings and specifications
Assist with tendering procedures, examine and analyze tenders.
Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, technicians, suppliers, owners, contractors and subcontractors
Assist with HVAC project design as required
Work with service department staff on daily tasks including research, investigation, and troubleshooting.
Help with capital planning updates for key customers
Participate in on the job training with field staff
Assist with energy efficiency initiative and projects
Requirements
Mechanical / Industrial Engineering program with 1-2 years HVAC related work experience preferred.
Candidates must be capable using MS applications (Word, Excel, and Projects).
Able to work with minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks
Must be self-driven, eager to learn, and enjoy a challenge
Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
