Our client, a leading manufacturer in Concord, ON, is currently seeking a Service Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible in leading the service department, review, create, implement company service policies &procedures, manage service requests,  among other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Post-Secondary Education
3-5 years managerial experience in after-sales Customer Service capacity
Experience working in the construction / technical related industry preferred
Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per year
