Responsibilities:

Lead all project related activities.
Ensure all site activities of subordinates and trades are adequately supervised.
Oversee the preparation of schedules, budgets, specifications, tenders, and all related documents.
Lead all interaction with professional project consultants.
Oversee/review all construction plans for accuracy and detail.
Ensure accurate record keeping in all aspects of the project.
Monitor the updating of all project information.
Ensure the communication of all relevant information with appropriate recommendations to executive management.
Participate in the planning and coordination of all project development and design activities as required.
