The District of Saanich, in beautiful Victoria, BC, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. Successful applicants will lead and contribute to challenging and creative initiatives as part of the Saanich IT team. As a Senior Business Analyst, your role will be to identify solutions to meet the business needs of clients and stakeholders. You will lead programs or projects covering integrated systems across multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure business solutions meet organizational and operational goals and objectives. You have experience in process design, requirements definition, project / program delivery, application life cycle support, change management and have a passion for collaboration and mentoring Junior Analysts. You will work across all business units and your thorough knowledge of the analysis process will ensure that the requirements gathered will satisfy business needs and organizational goals. Requirements are; a University Degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Systems, an Advanced Certification in Business Analysis, a Certified Associate in Project Management, one year supervisory experience, and a minimum of 6 years of experience in Information Technology.
