Position Requirements Professional Experience and Credentials:
Completion of Bachelor Degree or Diploma (Business, Human Resources) or equivalent work experience
Proven bookkeeping skills (Accounting Diploma or Certification preferred)
Proven experience managing people, including supporting and guiding an environment characterized by innovation, empowerment, accountability, and collaboration
Experience with managing database e.g Salesforce or similar Key Responsibilities: Business & Financial Management
Oversee day to day operations and financial reports, and recording all financial information into quickbooks software. This includes payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and all tuition payments
Assist the Head of School with the administering of the finances of the organization within the approved budget
Collaborate with Head of School to maintain the operating budget, including budget forecasting and expenditure monitoring Leadership Management
Working in collaboration with the Head of School in ensuring that issues are triaged effectively
Be part of team meetings with staff, administrators, and as per the need of the Board of Directors
Play a Lead role in communicating, and executing, off school excursions that have been approved by the Head of School
Manage operational Human Resources tasks such as personnel records, filing new employee contracts, resumes, tracking vacation, personal time off, and lieu days
Ensuring all documents related to operations of school maintained e.g. insurance, ministry of education documents (onsis), MOU for subcontractors
Office reception, serving as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff and visitors
Providing support for school programs and activities, such as supervision during lunch for licensed daycare, and other duties as assigned
Overall contribution to the School Community and events Admissions Management
Managing Admissions email inbox and phone calls: Reading, Responding, Bookings, Follow-Ups
Manage Prospects live document, registration and waiting list
Setting up tours with families in collaboration with Head of School and faculty
Create/Manage ongoing documents re: Registration numbers, Attrition Rates for Board of Directors every month
Mail out packages when needed and follow up
Assisting in the creation of information documents to go with Registration forms and for Open House packages.
