Chief Mentor/Sales Manager

LightYear Media is looking for a Chief Mentor/Sales Manager that is: Confident, self-motivated, and is enthusiastic with a desire for success. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, the Sales Manager will meet and exceed the company growth objectives by managing, training, and mentoring the sales staff.
This role requires a business professional who has a proven track record of success and is now looking for their new challenge and growth opportunity. This role has been deemed as both strategic and critical for revenue growth in the company. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales strategy: research, evaluate, recommend and plan for growth and increased market share.
Sales Management: manage sales channels, including independent sales agents and train staff

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or related experience.
Ability to guide, coach and motivate a team in support of organizational vision.
Proven success in sales management.
3 + years experience as a Sales Manager
Exceptional oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively
Experienced selling to C-level Executives in the USA
Proven success in strategic sales planning
Creative problem solver
Strong negotiating skills
Ability to teach and train
Uncapped income potential
