Job Description:
This role is responsible for assisting customers make purchases by recommending, describing and demonstrating products. The associate would also work in collaboration with other departments and reports directly to our Store Manager to drive business growth.
Position Details:
Start date: Immediately
Full-time position, pending a three month probation period
Holiday & Benefits (completion of the probationary period)
Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Greeting customers
Recommend products based on individual requirements
Conduct sales transactions using company software
Maintain good relationship with new and existing customers
Skills and Qualifications required:
High school diploma or equivalent; post secondary education is an asset
Excellent negotiating and closing skills
High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Attention to detail and organized
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Flexible to work day, evenings and weekends
