The NSCSA is seeking to fill the position of Safety Services Administrator.
As the ideal candidate you have earned A Community College certificate or equivalent, with three or more years experience in a clerical position with data entry and customer service responsibilities. Background in occupational health and safety is a definite asset. Experience in the construction sector preferred.
Reporting to the Safety Services Administration Manager, the Safety Services Administrator is responsible for all course registrations, providing information on the Association and its programs and services, administration of the daily activities relative to the COR function, creation of purchase orders, advising members on requirements for COR certification, and assist the Safety Services Administration Manager in managing day to day operations of Safety Services initiatives.
As a Safety Services Administrator you are an independent and detail-oriented individual who also works well in a team environment and prides themselves on providing a superior level of service to our members. Personal organization and time management skills, along with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure are your natural skills. Above average computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access will be an asset.
Salary will commensurate with experience.
