Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer the Revenue, Reporting and Risk Manager is responsible for overseeing revenue as well as the collection and administration of property taxes, special assessments and utility fees. This position also coordinates the financial systems function for the finance department and administers the City’s Risk Management program. You will have sound leadership skills to manage, train, motivate and direct a team of staff.
Along with your professional accounting designation, we require you to have knowledge and an understanding of the theories and practices of project and risk management with a minimum of five years progressively responsible and decision-making experience in a Municipal setting including supervisory experience in a unionized environment.
