Retail Operations Manager
This is an exciting, fast-paced position, with an opportunity to impact all areas of the business. This position will require a master communicator who has a passion and curiosity for various aspects of business.
Primarily, the goal of this position is to assist in managing and contributing to all retail, shipping and EDI partnerships to drive revenue for the company. This Retail Ops Manager is responsible for the following:
Responsible for all sales activities relating to launching new retail partners/products
Responsible for all activities relating to managing on-going retail partners
Responsible to manage/coordinate all shipping activities between UTI and current retail partners
Responsible to maintain a database and call record for all retail contacts on a shared drive for easy access and review (to ensure Skinfix can maintain an historical record of retail calls/relationships/conversations).
Responsible to maintain a comprehensive document of actual revenues, by week, by retailer and incorporate into the Sales forecasting document
Responsible to contribute to internal documents relative to rolling actuals/forecasts with Sales & Operations during weekly status meetings
Responsible to coordinate/track shipment of all product/materials to Skinfix partners for Skinfix Team on a timely basis
Responsible to manage and add EDI partners as necessary and work with all third-parties to ensure the process has been completed and updated on a regular basis
Responsible for invoicing all distribution partners immediately and liaising with accounting to ensure that all invoices are sent on a timely basis for each purchase order received
Responsible to coordinate secondary merch units for retail partners and develop timelines for execution
This Retail Ops Manager will work in tandem with the Sales & OPS team to ensure all activities drive revenues and decrease inefficiencies within the sales process
International travel as required.
Other responsibilities as required by the company.
