Main responsibillities:
Create & update procedures ensuring proper compliance to regulations and Retail requirements
Create process for testing and document results and findings
Schedule and complete testing with 3rd party laboratories
Analyse result
Create & communicate all corrective action plans.
Develop and update product files
Manage testing library
Accountable for all oversea factory audits (Ethical Standards, Supply Chain Security and Factory capabilities)
Conduct investigations, label, registrations
Update Global Registration Systems
Review, approve, modify, update all assembly manuals
Requirements:
BAC degree
5 years experience within a regulated industry
Strong communication in French & English
Able to work with Government agencies
Strong on Excel and well organized
Strong knowledge of compliance regulation
