Our client, a leading manufacturer in Brampton, ON, is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager  to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will plan and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, lead and mentor the sales team, set and monitor region’s sales performance, among other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Post-Secondary Education
3+ years Sales Management experience within a manufacturing / technical setting
Previous experience in metal fabrication a definite asset
Ability to read blueprints
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

Salary: $75,000 + per year
