The Regional Manager will oversee multiple business units spread across numerous locations in Atlantic Canada. The foundation of this role includes strategic focus on operational performance, employee management and sales excellence. With a keen focus on providing outstanding customer experience, the Regional Manager will monitor performance indicators to assess and influence regional activities and tactics, accordingly. The Regional Manager will be responsible for the successful development, execution and delivery of company vision, short and long term business planning and the ultimate achievement of financial results.
