The Records Management Coordinator is responsible for the records management system and functions including developing, implementing and maintaining the classification system for the lifecycle of all paper and electronic records. The preferred candidate will possess a diploma in Information and Records Management, Office Administration or Business Management/Administration coupled with three years’ experience working in records management preferably in a municipal environment and a valid BC Class 5 Drivers’ License. Certified Records Manager (CRM) designation or other Records Information Management (RIM) certifications would be considered an asset.
