Receptionist/Administrative Assistant – Green Party of Canada / Parti vert du Canada – Ontario

Tasks for this position include:
answering the telephone and greeting visitors
processing donations and memberships
handling and responding to correspondence
mail and courier processing (incoming and outbound)
purchasing office supplies and equipment
assisting the Director of Finance and Administration with other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications and required skills:
bilingualism (English/French)
ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast paced environment
strong written and verbal communication skills
understanding of Google Docs and Microsoft Office
fast and accurate data entry skills, particularly with numerical information
excellent attention to detail

The ideal candidate will also possess:
interpersonal skills
editing and translation experience
past experience using CiviCRM or similar
passion for and knowledge of green issues and politics
past experience working or volunteering for a political party at the municipal, provincial or federal level
