Job Description
Prepare expense and income reports; Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance; Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners; Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants; Ensure terms of lease agreements are met; Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income; Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field of work
At least 3 years of experience as a Property Administrator
Familiarity with mechanical systems (e.g. HVAC) is essential
Experience with quotations and bidding required
Proficiency with the MS Office suite
Be available for emergency call-ins and overtime events
Must hold a valid driver license
Must own a reliable car
Must have experience with HVAC systems
