Property Administrator – Beaver’s Pond – Montreal, QC

Beavers Pond is a complex of a three beautiful new constructions custom built log home on a waterfront private lot within an hour drive from Montreal and 15 min drive from Saint-Sauveur.  We are proud to of permanent, full time position as Property Administrator.
We are looking for someone who is a hard-working, highly motivated, service-oriented, self-starter and most importantly a  positive person.

 Responsibilities include:

Marketing and Managing short term vacation rentals
website listing including professional photography and video
all bookings, reservation  and payments
administration of tenancies, insuring all lets proceed to move in/move out  swiftly, smoothly and compliantly
supervise cleaning and stocking supplies, waste removal
arranging quality tourism services inspection
supervise professionally laundered lines and towels
any issue that arise for quests during their stay
general office duty including filling, archiving, payments, ,manage complains, scanning, typing, answering to the phone etc
Manage receipt
Deal with handover of all rooms keys

Job Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet.
Fluently in   English, Romanian, French
3 years  experience in a related position; 1 year property experience is preferred
minimum education required high school
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex operational matters on a daily basis
Motivated, positive, independent, hard worker that is willing to be trained and enjoys tackling big challenges is the only requirement for this role.
familiar with all aspects pertaining to the daily operation of the assigned properties and supports owner in establishing favorable clients relations, maintaining the properties in a first-class manner, carrying out all administrative duties, and quickly responding to tenants/clients
Prepare and administer contracts for provision of property services, such as cleaning and maintenance, security services and alarm systems
Co-ordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovations carried out on buildings and monitor progress and cost of work for property
Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, prepare reports and review rents to ensure they are at market value
Ensure that trouble calls received from clients or tenants are acted upon
May hire and supervise rental agents, property clerks, building superintendents or other support staff performing operational, clerical or maintenance duties.

Salary- Cad 22500/year.
